1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LiBingo (libingo.io), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, you must stop using the platform immediately. These terms apply to all users — visitors, registered accounts, and paying subscribers.

2. Platform Services
LiBingo provides AI-powered LinkedIn automation tools including search, list, event, group, and post-engager campaigns; a unified inbox; campaign analytics; and outreach avatar profiles (Pro plan). LiBingo operates exclusively on LinkedIn and is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Plans are billed monthly or annually (Starter $29/seat, Business $49/20 seats, Pro $199/120 profiles). A 7-day free trial is available with no credit card required. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime from account settings - no lock-in, no cancellation fee. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use
You may not use LiBingo to send spam, violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service, scrape data unlawfully, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. LiBingo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in violation of this policy without prior notice.

5. LinkedIn Account Safety
LiBingo assigns dedicated proxy IPs and enforces human-like daily limits and timezone-aware sending to protect your accounts. However, you assume all risk of using automation tools on LinkedIn, and LiBingo is not liable for any account restrictions or bans imposed by LinkedIn.

6. Intellectual Property & Liability
All LiBingo software, branding, and content are the intellectual property of LiBingo. The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiBingo's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

7. Modifications & Governing Law
LiBingo may update these Terms at any time with notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
